At Temple Israel we know how important a meaningful and beautiful Shabbat service can be to end your week. Our Friday evening Kabbalat Shabbat is a joyful worship experience in song and prayer, with a full Torah Service. Services are open to all who wish to worship with us, and we hope that you’ll add your voice to our congregational prayers.
Please note that Shabbat services vary by the week, either Friday evening or Saturday morning, so it is important to check our calendar or contact us if you are uncertain of the service schedule. Most services are also held via Zoom for those who are unable to attend in person.
Kabbalat Shabbat Services are held on Friday evenings and begin at 7:30 pm. On a bimonthly basis, a Potluck dinner is held before services at 6:30 pm. On all other evenings oneg follows the service.
Shacharit Shabbat Services are held on Saturday mornings and begin at 10:00 am. An oneg follows the service.
